Start feeling better, one step at a time.

Life can feel heavy sometimes, even when you can’t quite explain why. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in your own head, or like you’ve lost touch with who you are somewhere between all the roles you’re holding.

This is a space where you can slow down, talk things through, and start to make sense of what’s going on. Whether you’re navigating postpartum, the identity shift of becoming a mother, anxiety, burnout, or a major life transition, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Is This You?

Who I Help

I work primarily with women and mothers navigating significant life changes. My clients are often high-functioning on the outside, managing work, family, and relationships, but feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside.

Many of the women I work with are:

  • Experiencing the identity shift of becoming a mother for the first or second time, what's known as matrescence
  • Navigating the emotional pressures and stressors of parenthood at any stage
  • Struggling with pregnancy anxiety or postpartum anxiety, or the emotional fog of early motherhood
  • Going through a major life transition like a career change, a move, a relationship shift, or simply feeling like they've lost themselves
  • Struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, or burnout that never fully goes away
  • Working on self-esteem, boundaries, and personal growth after years of putting everyone else first
  • Navigating the pressure to do it all while quietly feeling like they're falling apart

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

How I Can Help

Therapy tailored to where you are right now, and where you want to go.

Parenthood is one of the most meaningful and most demanding seasons of life. The joy is real, and so is the pressure, the exhaustion, the identity shifts, and the emotions that don’t always have a name. Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood and still figuring out who you are in it, therapy provides a space to process the emotions, pressures, and identity shifts that often come with this season of life, so you can show up more fully for yourself and the people you love.

Matrescence & Motherhood Identity

Becoming a mother is one of the most profound identity shifts a woman can go through, and one of the least talked about. If you've found yourself wondering who am I now?, feeling invisible inside your own life, or grieving parts of yourself you can't quite name, you're not alone and you're not broken. This transformation has a name: matrescence. And it deserves real support.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Anxiety

Pregnancy and early motherhood can bring up a level of anxiety that nobody warned you about. You might be overthinking every decision, struggling to sleep even when the baby does, feeling disconnected from yourself or your baby, or carrying a constant low-grade worry you can't shake. This isn't weakness. It's incredibly common, and it's very treatable.

Anxiety, Stress & Burnout

When anxiety becomes your baseline, when you're always waiting for the next thing to go wrong, always running on empty, always doing more than feels sustainable, it stops being just stress and starts affecting everything. We'll work together to understand your anxiety patterns and build tools that actually hold up in real life.

Life Transitions

Major life changes like a new career, a move, becoming a parent, a relationship shift, or simply stepping into a new season you didn't fully choose can leave you feeling unsteady even when the change is something you wanted. Therapy gives you space to process what you're carrying and move forward with more clarity.

Self-Esteem & Personal Growth

Self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the feeling that you're never quite enough. These patterns don't have to be permanent. Together, we'll explore where they came from and what it looks like to build a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself.

Meet Christina

Hi, I'm Christina.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Miami, Florida, and I’ve lived many of the same experiences my clients bring into the therapy room, transitions that shook my sense of self, anxiety that followed me through major changes, and the particular kind of overwhelm that comes with becoming a mother (twice).

I take an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, meaning I draw from a range of evidence-based methods to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on, explore the patterns keeping you stuck, and build practical tools for moving forward.

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Miami and am licensed in the state of Florida.
