Grace & Growth Therapy

Online Therapy in Florida

Quality therapy, from wherever you are in Florida.

Christina Chong, LMFT, connecting with a client during a secure virtual therapy session for women across Florida

Life is full. Between work, kids, caregiving, and everything else on your plate, finding time to drive to an office, park, wait, and drive back can feel like one more thing you simply cannot fit in.

Virtual therapy removes that barrier entirely. Same quality of care, same depth of connection, same results, from your living room, your parked car during nap time, or wherever you can carve out an hour that is yours.

I am Christina Chong, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Miami, Florida, as I share more on my About page. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy to women throughout Florida, so that wherever you are in the state, quality mental health support is within reach.

Does it work?

Is Online Therapy as Effective as In-Person?

Yes. Research consistently shows that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for most mental health concerns, including anxiety, postpartum challenges, life transitions, burnout, and self-esteem work.

In fact, many clients find that virtual therapy makes it easier to show up consistently, which is one of the most important factors in making progress. When therapy fits into your life instead of disrupting it, you are more likely to stick with it and more likely to see results.

Some clients also find that the comfort of their own space actually makes it easier to open up. You are on your own turf, in an environment you control. For a lot of people, that helps.
