Wellness Workshops for Women

Bring mental health support to your team, conference, or community.

Christina Chong, LMFT, presenting her Consistency Over Perfection workshop on protecting mental health through seasons of change

Your people are dealing with more than their to-do lists. Stress, burnout, anxiety, and self-doubt don’t stay at the door when the workday starts, and the organizations that acknowledge that are the ones where women actually thrive.

I’m Christina Chong, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Miami, Florida. I design and lead engaging, evidence-based wellness workshops for companies, conferences, women’s groups, faith communities, and organizations that want to invest in the mental health of the women they serve.

These aren’t lectures. They’re interactive, grounding, and designed to leave participants with something real, clarity, tools, and the kind of honest conversation that actually moves people.

What I offer

Workshop Topics

Every workshop is tailored to your audience and goals.

Mental Health & Seasonal Stress

When life gets unpredictable, how to protect your mental health through seasons of change

Perfect for teams, this workshop explores how to manage stress when routines shift, schedules get messy, and uncertainty creeps in. Participants leave with practical tools for staying grounded during unpredictable seasons.

Breaking Through Limiting Beliefs

A reflective, engaging workshop for women ready to identify what's holding them back, and decide what to do about it

Designed for entrepreneurial and professional women, this session guides participants through identifying their core limiting beliefs, examining where they came from, and walking away with a concrete list of changes they're ready to make. Equal parts reflection and peer engagement.

Stress, Burnout & the Invisible Load

Why women burn out differently, and what to actually do about it

A candid look at the unique stressors women carry, how burnout shows up, and evidence-based strategies for genuine recovery, not just surface-level self-care.

Anxiety at Work (And Everywhere Else)

Understanding anxiety, breaking the overthinking cycle, and building resilience

A workshop for teams or groups experiencing high pressure, perfectionism, or collective anxiety. Grounding, practical, and immediately applicable.

Boundaries Without Guilt

How to say no, ask for what you need, and stop people-pleasing, without blowing up your relationships

One of the most requested topics for women's groups. This workshop combines psychoeducation with real-world practice and honest conversation.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are your workshops?

Most workshops run 60 to 90 minutes. Half-day formats (3 hours) are available for conferences or deeper-dive sessions. I'll recommend what works best based on your goals and group size.

Are workshops virtual or in-person?

Both. Virtual workshops are available to organizations anywhere in Florida (and beyond). In-person workshops are available in the Miami area. I'm flexible, let's figure out what works best for your team.

How many people can attend?

Workshops are designed for groups of 10 to 100+. Smaller groups allow for more intimate discussion; larger groups lean more toward presentation with structured reflection activities.

Do you offer a series, or just one-time workshops?

Both. A one-time workshop can be a powerful standalone experience. A series (2–4 sessions over several weeks or months) allows for deeper engagement and more lasting change. Many organizations start with one and come back for more.
