There’s something powerful about being in a room, even a virtual one, with other women who truly get it. Women who are in the same season of life, carrying the same invisible weight, asking the same questions you’ve been afraid to say out loud.
Group therapy offers something individual therapy can’t: real connection with other women going through the same thing, and the feeling of not being alone that comes from being seen by people who truly understand.
All groups are led by Christina Chong, LMFT and held in a confidential, supportive virtual setting, available to women throughout Florida.
These groups are currently in development. Submit your interest below and you'll be the first to know when a group is ready to launch.
For: Women in the first year postpartum
What we’ll explore: Adjusting to life with a newborn, postpartum emotions, identity shifts, relationship changes, and building confidence as a new mom
Format: Virtual | Small group (6–8 women) | Weekly sessions
The postpartum period is one of the most significant transitions a woman can go through, and one of the most under-supported. This group offers a space to process what you're feeling, connect with other new moms, and start to feel more like yourself again.
For: Women currently pregnant (any trimester)
What we’ll explore: Pregnancy anxiety, preparing emotionally for birth and postpartum, relationship changes, fear of the unknown, and building a support system before baby arrives
Format: Virtual | Small group (6–8 women) | Weekly sessions
Pregnancy can feel exciting and terrifying all at once. This group gives expectant moms a space to voice the worries that often go unspoken, and to feel genuinely prepared, not just logistically, but emotionally.
For: Mothers navigating life with multiple children
What we’ll explore: Mom guilt, the mental load, sibling dynamics, identity beyond motherhood, burnout, and finding balance when everyone needs you at once
Format: Virtual | Small group (6–8 women) | Weekly sessions
Adding another child doesn't just add more tasks, it reshapes the whole family system. This group is for moms who are stretched thin, second-guessing themselves, and ready to feel more grounded in who they are and how they show up.
For: Women experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, or burnout
What we’ll explore: Overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, nervous system regulation, and building sustainable coping tools for everyday life
Format: Virtual | Small group (6–8 women) | Weekly or biweekly sessions
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from this group. If anxiety has become your baseline, if you're always waiting for the next thing to go wrong, this is a space to slow down, understand your patterns, and build real tools for managing life's pressure.
Not sure which group is right for you? That's okay, fill out the form and I'll reach out personally to help you find the best fit.
Groups are kept small, typically 6 to 8 women, so everyone has space to share and feel genuinely seen.
